We propose dishes of Ancient Canavese Cuisine trying to edit them with creativity, our purpose is to preserve old flavours and Historical Recipes as “Vitello Tonnato d'Antan”. To guarantee freshness and typicity, We only use the best products available on the market in their proper season and as close as possible from us.

We daily home make and bake Bread in three different quality: with Black Olive (Taggiasca), classic and with Walnuts. All kind of PASTA (Agnolotti del Plin, Tortelli di Zucca o di Magro, Tajarin, Gnocchetti di patate, Crespelle, Lasagnetta and many others) are daily homemade.

All Desserts ( Brutti e Buoni, Bonet, Bavarese, Meringa Morbida, Tortino al Cioccolato Fondente and many others) are completely homemade as well!


The restaurant is open for dinner from 8.00 pm upon reservation.

Closed on Sundays.
