Philosophy of Cuisine:

The roots of our cuisine are deeply rooted in the Piedmontese tradition, the classics and the splendid raw materials of the territory are always proposed and valued with attention, sometimes lightened, reworked and revisited.

To intrigue those who want to escape from the territory and stimulate our creativity, research and study are geared towards seeking an intriguing but effective contamination with culinary traditions, raw materials and techniques further away from our context.

We handcraft bread in different qualities (Taggiasca Olives, Dried Tomatoes and Walnuts and 5-grain Flour), all fresh pasta (Tajarin, Gnocchetti, Agnolotti, Crespelle and Lasagnette) and Pastry with sweets, sorbets and ice cream.
