art. 13 of the Law (Italy) 196/03 (hereinafter "the
Law") and in relation to the processing of your personal
information, we inform you of the following:
REASONS FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA
The personal information we request
or obtain from you is processed by our company solely
for purposes of fulfilment the contract stipulated or
to be stipulated with you and for compliance with the
obligations required by the law, rules or regulations
of the community, and by provisions set down by duly legitimated
Authorities and by Supervisory and Control bodies.
ARRANGEMENTS FOR DATA PROCESSING
Your personal data:
a) is processed by means of another operation or sequence
of operations from among those indicated in art.1, paragraph
2, lett. of the Law (collection; registration and organization;
processing, including editing, comparing/interconnecting;
use, including consulting, communication; preservation;
cancellation / destruction; security / protection, including
accessibility/confidentiality, integrity, safeguarding);
b) is processed with the aid of manual, computer and internet
tools with principles and arrangements strictly connected
with the reasons as under the step REASONS above and always
in such a way as to uphold the security and privacy of
personal information;
c) is processed directly by the company's organization.

DISCLOSURE OF DATA
Without prejudice to the concerned
party's personal independence, the disclosure of personal
data may be:
a) required by law, rules or regulations of the community,
or required by provisions set down by duly legitimated
Authorities and by Supervisory and Control bodies;
b) strictly necessary for the conclusion of new relations
or for the management and execution of currently applying
legal relations.
SHARING INFORMATION WITH OUTSIDE PARTIES
None of the data gathered shall be
disclosed to third parties.
CONCERNED PARTY'S RIGHTS PURSUANT
TO ART. 7 LAW 196/03
The concerned party may obtain confirmation
from the processing company or from the person in charge
of the data that the party's personal information exists,
even if it has not yet been recorded, and communication
of such information in intelligible format. The concerned
party may also ask to be informed of where the data came
from and the principle and purposes for which the data
is processed; obtain the deletion, conversion to an anonymous
form or stop of data processed in breach of the law, and
the updating, correction, or, if in its interest, the
integration of the data, or oppose, for legitimate reasons,
processing of the data.
