Territory’s Tradition,
we joined with passion the Association of Restaurant of
Canavese’s Tradition.
We suggest dishes of Ancient Canavese
Cuisine trying to re-edit them with creativity,
our purpose is to preserve old flawours and recipes and
we only use the best products available on the market
in the proper season to guarantee freshness and typicity.

Bread in three different kind: with Black
Olive (Taggiasca), Rosemary
and Nuts.
All kind of PASTA (Agnolotti
del Plin, Tortelli di Zucca o di Magro, Tajarin, Gnocchetti
di patate, and many other kind) are daily
homemade as well as Pastry
Making (Brutti e Buoni, Bonet, Bavarese, Meringa
Morbida, Tortino al Cioccolato Fondente and many other).
We have two daily menu:

1 appetizer, 1primo piatto, 1 secondo piatto, 1 dessert
• Approfondimento (32€)
2 appetizer, 2 primi piatti, 1 secondo, 1 dessert
Cantina Cellar
We suggest more than 400 wines
with main focus on PIEDMONT
region, a good selection of National
Production from Alto Adige to Sicily and some special
good wines from Other Countries.
Double and Half bottle are available and a AIS-Patented
Sommelier takes care of wine Service and advices
wine by glass to proper food.
